AutoTrim

AutoTrim closes the corner between two conduit runs. Pick the first set of conduits, then pick the second set. For each conduit of the first set, the add-on finds the conduit of the second set that it meets, moves the near end of both to that point, and joins them.

• Works on a whole selection in one run, not one conduit at a time.
• Finds the meeting point of the two location lines, so it trims a conduit that overshoots and extends one that falls short.
• Keeps the direction of both conduits, also when the run is not parallel to an axis.
• Adds one elbow fitting between the two connectors at the corner.
• Skips a pair whose lines are parallel or never meet, and reports how many conduits it skipped.
• Uses each conduit of the second set once.
• Works in one transaction, so one undo puts the run back.
• Works in Revit 2020 to Revit 2026.
